Limited Ride Day Registration
We may have limited ride day registration (100 slots) if not sold out. Ride Day Registration is $90 for all routes.
Average temperature in October is 78 degrees. Ride will be held rain or shine.
You will receive a wrist band and bike number which is your ticket to ride, access to rest stops, technical support, lunch at the finish line festival, and to receive your finisher’s gift. Please put your wrist band on. Lost wristband fee is $10.
Pre-registration is required. No ride-alongs without registration.
Please do not encourage unregistered riders to join you on the course without registration. Permits & insurance are granted based on the number of participants impacting the course. If you see someone taking advantage of your registration fees by supporting or encouraging unregistered riders, please notify rest stop staff. This activity increases event registration costs, and puts the event at risk for following years.
Bring and Carry Photo ID
Photo ID required at check in and we strongly recommend carrying (photocopy) Photo ID on your ride.
Pick Up For Others
You may pick up registration materials for other riders with email confirmation or printed registration confirmation signed by rider.
Helmets Are Mandatory
You should carry two water bottles attached to your bike for refilling on the course, a spare tube, patch kit, tire pump, cell phone, and identification on your ride. Also a small personal first aid kit is highly recommended.
About Goody Bags
Please note we do not give out a “goody bag” with items you may not want. Pick up any desired items from exhibitors at the Bike Festival and help reduce unwanted waste.
Park Entrance Fees
Parking is $5 and not included in event registration. Come prepared with parking fees to support our community parks.
Refunds
No refunds or credits. Ride Rain or Shine. You may sell your event registration to someone else (registration transfer fee to another party is $10). New participant must sign a waiver and supply emergency contact info) or donate it to our virtual rider program. We will donate the ride registration on your behalf to our charity partner.
Event Insurance

Prizes & Costume Contest
Your Bike Number is your raffle number. Number will be randomly announced before the ride starts at the Festival. What can you win? A $300 spa and shopping spree gift card courtesy of Folsom Tourism, for on thing! And for our Costume Contest, it’s impossible to choose a “winner” so we have an additional drawing for those who are wearing a costume. We’ll have drawings at both ride start times for prizes.

Do Not Litter
No processed, wrapper products provided on course. Please do not litter. Reduce waste. We provide natural foods!
Tandem riders register for two people. Children 7 and under in ride-alongs, trailers, or bike see special discount rate online.
For Emergencies call 911. Technical Course support provided. Please cycle within your limits for safety. Follow California Vehicle Laws always.
